Services

PixPro Studio provides comprehensive software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, custom software solutions, AI integration, database design, API development, and software consulting. All services are subject to availability and project agreement confirmation.

Project Engagement and Payment

By engaging our software development services, you agree to the following terms:

  • A project proposal and agreement must be signed before work begins
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement
  • Milestone-based payments are preferred for larger projects
  • Changes to project scope may result in additional costs
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery

Intellectual Property and Source Code

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

  • Client owns the final delivered software and application
  • PixPro Studio retains rights to underlying frameworks and methodologies
  • Source code is provided upon final payment completion
  • Third-party libraries and components remain under their respective licenses

Custom development work becomes the property of the client upon full payment, except for any proprietary tools or frameworks developed by PixPro Studio prior to the engagement.

Project Delivery and Timeline

Project deliverables will be completed according to the timeline specified in the project agreement. Delivery times may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response time, and scope changes. We provide regular updates and milestone demonstrations throughout the development process.

Liability and Warranties

PixPro Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We provide software development services "as is" and make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is specified in the project agreement. We are not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or system failures that occur after project delivery.

Support and Maintenance

Post-delivery support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Bug fixes for critical issues will be provided for 30 days after delivery at no additional cost. Additional support, feature enhancements, and ongoing maintenance require separate service agreements.

Confidentiality

PixPro Studio agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information, business processes, and proprietary data shared during the project engagement. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Force Majeure

PixPro Studio is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.
